Sam Korman is an independent writer and curator who lives and works in New York. Korman has organized exhibitions and events at Simone Subal Gallery, New York; White Flag Projects, St. Louis; APPLES, New York; sophiajacob, Baltimore; Marfa Book Co., Marfa; and Car Hole, a gallery which he founded in Portland (OR). In 2013, he was the recipient of “Premio Lorenzo Bonaldi per l'Arte - Enterprize” at GAMeC, Bergamo, for which he curated the group show Mississipi. Korman has contributed to Flash Art International, Mousse Magazine, Bomb, and Modern Painters.
